No. Crop Compliance is an independent consultancy and software provider. We do not conduct audits or issue certificates. Audits are carried out, and certificates or audit results issued, only by the scheme owners and their approved auditors or certification bodies. Our job is to keep you compliant and audit-ready, and to support you before, during and after every audit.
We support farms, packhouses and cellars with WIETA, SIZA, GLOBALG.A.P., IPW, FSA (Farm Sustainability Assessment), HACCP and Fairtrade.
We're with you on an ongoing basis, not just before an audit. Our consultants run a gap assessment, help you develop and maintain the policies, procedures and records each standard asks for, and train your team. When an audit comes, we help you get ready and assist on the day, then work through any corrective actions with you, and carry on from there.
It keeps every compliance document in one place, shows how audit-ready you are, routes every document for review, flags documents that are expiring or expired, and includes an audit checklist, audit index and payslip manager.
Yes. An audit is one moment in an ongoing process: we help you get ready, assist you on the day and work through any corrective actions afterwards. Because the software keeps your documents organised and current, you're always ready when the auditor asks for them.
Plans start from R350 per month per standard and include 6 hours of consultancy per year. Additional consultancy is R270 per hour and travel is R5 per kilometre. See the pricing section for each standard.
