Which standards does the software cover?
It comes with ready-made checklists for WIETA, SIZA, GLOBALG.A.P., IPW, FSA, HACCP and Fairtrade. Companies audited against more than one standard switch between them with one click.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC and DOCX.
Can my auditor see my documents?
Yes. Auditors can be given their own login that shows approved documents only, a clean, read-only view of your evidence. We set it up for you.
What happens when a document expires?
It is flagged on screen as expiring soon (within 30 days) and then expired, and appears in Action Items. You can upload a new version at any time; the old one stays in the Audit Index as history.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in any phone browser with a phone-friendly dashboard, and there is an Android app.
Is the Payslip Manager full payroll software?
It calculates and produces payslips, UIF, PAYE, leave and reports. It does not submit to SARS or pay your staff.
Do I need Farmable?
Only for Field Records and spray and fertiliser records. The compliance tools and Payslip Manager work without it.
Does the software issue certificates?
No. It keeps your compliance evidence organised, reviewed and current. Audits are carried out, and certificates or audit results issued, only by the scheme owners and their approved auditors or certification bodies.
